  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: From purchase to arrival, delivery generally falls within 5–9 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: Shipping to Australia is free of charge.

Handling Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • High-volume periods or public holidays

Next Steps if Delayed

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@abodaro.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. Once processing starts, cancellation cannot be accommodated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your delivery arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@abodaro.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the item and packaging

After review, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. Package transit usually takes 4–6 days (Monday–Friday), which means your order is generally expected to arrive within 5–9 business days from the date of purchase.
