Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to notify you that processing has started. Orders are generally handled within 1–2 days (Monday–Friday). After dispatch, a separate email with tracking details will be sent.
Delivery is estimated to take 5–8 days (Monday–Friday).
We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within Australia.

Potential Delays
If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Allow up to 2 extra days (Monday to Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us at support@abodaro.com as soon as possible. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or includes the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please send clear photos of the issue to support@abodaro.com, and we will assess the case and work toward a suitable resolution.
