Exchanging an Item
To exchange a product, contact our support team with your order details. The process includes:

- The item must be unused and unwashed.
- It should remain in its original packaging.
- All tags must be attached.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@abodaro.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. Once processing starts, cancellation cannot be accommodated.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your delivery arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@abodaro.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the item and packaging
After review, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund.
Return Requirements
Items should be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this 30-day period cannot be accepted.
- The item must be unused and unwashed.
- It should remain in its original packaging.
- All tags must be attached.
How to Return an Item
- Contact support@abodaro.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval before sending the item.
- Follow the instructions provided for packaging and return address.
- Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
- You will receive an email confirmation once the return is received and approved.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and completed within 7 days after approval.
- No restocking fees are applied.
Additional Information
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs. Please ensure all items are packaged securely to avoid issues during return shipping.
